This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping Sole Mates products purchased from our official website: solematesnyc.com.


Countries We Do Not Deliver To

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Burundi, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Nevis, North Korea, Somaliland, South Sudan, St Eustatius, St Helena, Syria, Tajikistan, Yemen, Russia, Ukraine, and Puerto Rico.


When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided stock is available. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from our delivery provider with your tracking number.

High order volume, promotional periods, or unforeseen delays may affect shipping time.


Delivery Time Estimates

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–12 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 21 working days depending on customs, location, or seasonal delays

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders above $40

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 for all other orders


Can You Ship to My Country?

To check if we can ship to your location:

  1. Click the flag icon at the top-right of the home page and select your country.

  2. Add your item to the cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. If shipping is not available, payment validation will not be possible.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Click the link provided in the email to monitor your delivery in real time. If you experience any issues with tracking, email us at info@solematesnyc.com.


Where Can I Receive My Order?

We ship to:

  • Home addresses

  • Business addresses

In-store pickup is not available at this time.


Why Was I Not Offered Economy Shipping?

Our economy shipping uses airmail with a 2kg weight limit. Orders over 2kg will automatically default to a suitable alternative method at checkout.

Shipping options and estimated costs will be shown based on your order weight and destination.


Can I Delay My Delivery?

  • Airmail: Cannot be delayed or intercepted. If undelivered, it will be returned and refunded after it reaches our warehouse (this may take several weeks).

  • Express Shipping: In some cases, we can request a delay with the courier. Please email info@solematesnyc.combefore the order ships.


Can I Upgrade to Express Shipping After Ordering?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping method.


Can I Combine Shipping for Multiple Orders?

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment once they are in our system. Each order will ship independently with its own tracking number.
